The poor, poor Trulli team. After a shaky start to this year’s season back at Donington Park, where it had trouble getting its cars out of the paddock, things haven’t got much better.
Customs issues at both Beijing and Malaysia have resulted in very little action, and zero points for the 2015/16, much to the annoyance of drivers Duran and Liuzzi, both of whom will be left without drives if the expected announcement of the team’s retirement is made before the Punta del Este ePrix takes place next weekend in Uruguay.
It’s highly unlikely that another team will take over the reigns during this championship, but Sky News has today reported that Jaguar is set to make a grand entrance to the sport, which would nicely fill the gap for the next season.
It’s all happening then, but we must remember that Formula E is still in its infancy and finding its feet. We can’t wait to see where it takes us next…
