Because even the greenest, leanest eco-warrior EV owners need some fast food sometimes, right? Mcdonald’s certainly thinks so, based on its latest venture – installing a charging point at one of its restaurants in Norfolk.
In a clash of cultures which is equal to that of an angry rugby player taking up knitting lessons, this shock move illustrates the rate that the EV charging infrastructure is moving forwards in the UK. The branch, located on the A47 between Blofield and Brundall, has set up the free-to-use charging point in a bit to promote the firm’s apparently surprisingly green credentials.
At the very least, this should baffle the modified Citroen Saxo owners for a while…
