Formula E Hong Kong debut

Anticipation had been building in Hong Kong ahead of season three’s first round ePrix and to add to the excitement Chinese team Techeetah unveiled their car and drivers to the world. Drivers Jean Eric Vergne and Ma Qing Hua were brought out wearing the team’s new uniform a sleek looking gold and black number, certainly worthy of a grand entrance.

Let’s talk fashion

The new uniforms certain show the team’s ambition. Draping the drivers in gold and black is reminiscent of Emperors that would have once ruled the land. I digress, the uniforms will certainly stand out in the pit lanes.

Now after seeing the drivers we had high hopes for the livery and we weren’t disappointed. With the gold and black themed uniforms came an elegant, sleek looking gold and black livery, we take our hats off. This car certainly shines on the pit lanes and I’m sure will be the main attraction for photographers in Hong Kong and the rest of the season.
